Suzi Price did an outstanding job as the real estate agent for the sale of my brother's house in Illinois after he died. I was the administrator of the estate and I live in Florida, and she was so hands on that I did not have to come to Illinois even once. Not only did she get the house sold quickly at a price I was very happy with, she arranged for all my brother's belongings to be removed, including shipping some to me, hiring a friend of hers to remove books and sell them at a local used book store, meeting some of my brother's friends at the house to give them some of my brother's belongings, taking an old guitar to a music shop to try and sell it, and hiring a company to clean the house and haul away the junk. She even helped me find a buyer for my brother's car, and met the buyer for him to inspect the car and met him again to transfer title for me. She was incredibly responsive, always being available at a moment's notice. I'm sure I've forgotten many things she did because she did so many. Bottom line is that she's fantastic!

Started my career in Real Estate January 1, 1990. I work with Sellers, Buyers, Vets, Relocation and Short Sales. Prior to Real Estate I was a Property Manager, one of the properties I managed was a 5 building apartment complex. When I saw how happy people were just to get an apartment and the joy I felt with them on move in day was a great feeling. I decided at that point to become a Real Estate Agent, 30 years later I'm still selling and still getting that feeling of excitement when someone finds their perfect home. I grew up in the Fox Valley Area and watched it grow from a 2 lane road to booming suburbs. I cover areas as far West as Capron, North to Richmond, East to Schaumburg and as far South as Aurora.
